- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Wash and slice the English cucumber into thin slices, add to a medium-sized mixing bowl.
- Add the ranch seasoning and lemon juice.
- Toss until the cucumber slices are evenly coated.
- Chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
Notes
- Ranch seasoning: Start with 1 tablespoon and add more to taste. We like Hidden Valley Ranch dry mix.
- Chilling: For the best flavor, chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Optional add-ins: Add a dash of red pepper flakes if you want to add some spice.
