Ranch Cucumber Chips make a light, refreshing summer snack. Made with just 3 ingredients—they’re quick, easy, and full of flavor.

Ingredients

  • English cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 to 2 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice the English cucumber into thin slices, add to a medium-sized mixing bowl.
  2. Add the ranch seasoning and lemon juice.
  3. Toss until the cucumber slices are evenly coated.
  4. Chill in the fridge until ready to serve.

Notes

  • Ranch seasoning: Start with 1 tablespoon and add more to taste. We like Hidden Valley Ranch dry mix.
  • Chilling: For the best flavor, chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  • Optional add-ins: Add a dash of red pepper flakes if you want to add some spice.
